If you are South Asian, or just love the decor, Red Hot Condos beckons. This month, the final phase of the Camrost Felcorp Camelot community in midtown Toronto is taking on a multicultural groove. No run-of-the-mill model suites here. Rather, interior designers have set up three stylish condominiums to reflect the background of potential local and international buyers. The accompanying viral ad campaign, “Flavour Your Suites,” touts the project in several languages online, on the street and in community newspapers.

Suites include laminate plank flooring; black and white appliances, open shelving and laminate countertops in the kitchen; and cultured marble bathroom countertops. There are nine-foot ceilings in the penthouse units. Buyers can also choose to purchase their suites furnished.

Located near the new Shops at Don Mills plaza in North York, Red Hot Condos –Designer Edition is the second phase of Camrost-Felcorp’s R Condos site. The nine-storey building features a glass-and-brick exterior, with easy access to Edwards Gardens and Moccasin Trail Park. Suites are available furnished or unfurnished, depending on the buyers’ needs. The site opens for sale this weekend.
